The New Braunfels Utilities, a government authority located in New Braunfels, Texas, is seeking as-needed recruiting and talent acquisition services. The agency needs to solve staffing challenges across a broad range of positions to support its ongoing operations. Additionally, the agency requires recruiting support for hard-to-fill, specialized, or niche positions, confidential searches, executive leadership and C-suite roles, project-based or surge hiring needs, and mission-critical or time-sensitive roles. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of all work will occur offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement.
