HR Consultant Services

The government authority in Ontario is seeking a vendor to provide human resources consultant services. The agency needs to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas of risk within its existing human resources policies. To resolve these issues, the selected vendor must engage with agency leadership, relevant board members, and human resources committee members. The scope of work requires the revision of existing policies and the drafting of new human resources policies where necessary. The agency requires that all revised and newly developed policies reflect organizational values and principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within Canada. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online system. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost.
