The City, a government authority located in Oregon, is seeking executive search firm services to assist in attracting, interviewing, and hiring for multiple leadership positions. The agency needs to solve the challenge of recruiting for critical job opportunities by conducting nationwide searches and implementing strategies to encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. The selected partner will help develop job descriptions, terms of employment, advertising materials, and recruitment plans, while also conducting personal outreach and posting positions through national channels and industry job services. The scope of work covers identifying potential contacts, recommending interview questions for on-site job interviews, and participating in the final interview process with the City. The agency also requires the partner to coordinate candidate participation in these interviews and vet qualified candidates. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services.
