The City of Tega Cay, South Carolina, is seeking an expert vendor to evaluate and update its existing classification and compensation system. The agency needs to ensure internal equity, logical job classification, external market competitiveness, and compliance with federal and state employment laws. This project will align the compensation structure with the agency's current organizational structure and service delivery models. The selected vendor will review and validate all existing job descriptions and conduct job analyses through interviews, questionnaires, or audits.
