Housing Demolition Service

The government authority located in Fresno, California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive housing demolition services. The agency needs to solve the problem of removing an existing building and parking lot currently situated on its property. The scope of work covers the complete demolition of the existing building structure and the cutting and capping of all existing utilities, including gas, fire, and sewer lines. The project also requires the removal of existing asphalt concrete pavement, landscape islands, curbs, gutters, walkways, and equipment slabs. Additionally, the selected contractor must remove existing light poles, signs, and all trees and landscaping on the site. All work must be performed onsite at the agency location in Fresno.
