Secure Destruction Services

The government authority located in Austin, Texas is seeking secure destruction services to ensure compliance with applicable privacy, security, and data protection regulations. The agency requires a service provider to perform all work in a manner that guarantees complete destruction of materials beyond recognition or reconstruction. Performance of the work will take place onsite, though the agency also allows off-site destruction at the service provider's location. The scope of work covers collecting materials on a scheduled or on-demand basis. The agency requires the destruction of paper, microforms, optical media, and other physical storage devices. The selected provider must supply locked, tamper-resistant secure collection containers for designated locations to hold non-boxed confidential media.
