The government authority in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide Immigration Legal Defense Fund Services. The agency needs to develop and implement a statewide immigrant integration plan, alongside the implementation of supporting programs, policies, and processes. This initiative aims to solve the problem of accessing customized legal services for immigrants based on individual needs. The scope of work covers bond hearings, asylum applications, adjustment of status, Board of Immigration Appeals appeals, and Employment Authorization Document applications. The selected vendor must also handle other forms or processes as legally necessary for each individual case. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders.
