Professional Legal City Attorney Services

The City of Groveland, Florida, is seeking a qualified United States-based organization to provide comprehensive professional legal city attorney services. The selected legal partner will address administrative matters and proceedings, city charter and code of ordinances issues, and code enforcement. Additionally, the agency requires counsel for procurement and contract law, drafting and reviewing ordinances and resolutions, federal, state, and city ethics laws, and land use and zoning. The scope of work demands active attendance at all meetings of the city council as well as select boards and agencies. The designated legal representative will perform all duties offsite, except for the required meeting attendances. The agency is establishing a contract period that will span three years. Bidders must submit all clarifying questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 9, 2026. The agency is accepting digital proposal submissions via email or through their online portal.
