Victim Assistance Performance Measurement Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a victim assistance performance measurement service to improve the treatment of crime victims. This service supports the administration of subgrants to local community-based organizations, public agencies, tribal governments, state agencies, higher education institutions, faith-based groups, and medical facilities. These subgrantees deliver direct services to victims, including crisis counseling, information and referrals, criminal justice advocacy, shelter, and therapy. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting budget proposals from interested parties to cover a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 8, 2026.
