Municipal Court Prosecutor Service

The Township of North Brunswick is seeking a Municipal Prosecutor to provide all necessary and desirable legal counsel and advice requested for the prosecution of cases before the Municipal Court. The designated prosecutor must perform all legal services necessary to prosecute municipal court violations. This scope of work includes, but is not limited to, prosecuting motor vehicle violations pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39-1-1 et seq., disorderly persons offenses and petty disorderly persons offenses pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:1-1 et seq., and Municipal Ordinance violations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for these services. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the designated online portal.
