Federal Compliance Training and Legal Consultation on Federal Compliance Services

The New Mexico government authority is seeking federal compliance training and legal consultation services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2027, through June 30, 2030. The agency needs to ensure its staff remains in compliance with federal requirements through ongoing legal consultation. Additionally, the agency requires compliance training for its own staff, as well as training delivered on its behalf to local educational agencies and other educational entities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected contractor must perform all work offsite at their own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services. All clarifying questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than June 1, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the bidder's ability to deliver the requested training and legal consultation over the specified four-year period.
