Legal Assistance Service

The Montana government authority is seeking a vendor to provide legal assistance services, including legal advice and advocacy, to individuals aged sixty and older. The selected provider must deliver legal advice and assistance over the phone to individuals who meet the program criteria. Staff must remain available to respond to inquiries during standard business hours from Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, though legal research and other duties may occur outside of these hours. The scope of work also requires the provider to develop and deliver training and technical assistance on topics relating to elder law and aging services. This training and technical assistance will target aging professionals, legal professionals, program staff, and members of the general public. Performance of these duties will take place through a combination of onsite and offsite work. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Interested parties must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal.
