The Jefferson County Water Authority in Festus, Missouri is seeking a qualified legal firm to provide ongoing general legal services on a retainer basis. The authority requires comprehensive legal support to manage its daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate organizational risk. The selected firm will address a variety of legal matters, including governance and board counsel, contracts and procurement, regulatory and compliance, employment and personnel matters, real estate and easements, litigation, and risk management.
