Federal Lobbying and Congressional Grant Management Services

The Hawaii-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide federal lobbying and congressional grant management services. The authority requires assistance across a broad range of public sectors, including public safety, highway construction, social services, culture, planning, water supply, waste management, and general administration. The selected partner will monitor federal legislation to identify advantageous or harmful impacts and strategically advise the authority on lobbying positions, letters of support, or opposition. The scope of work includes facilitating introductions and attending meetings with Congressional and federal agency staff. The authority also requires the drafting of correspondence, reports, and legislation as necessary to support its federal interests. All work must be performed offsite, and eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
