Attorney for Medical Legal Services

The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony is seeking an attorney to provide medical legal services to the government authority located in Reno, Nevada. The agency needs assistance with Policy and Procedures reviews, Compact negotiations, and the preparation of Congressional testimony or correspondence. The contractor may perform common benefit work that simultaneously benefits more than one tribe through joint testimonials, comments, or correspondence. The agency proposes a three-year contract with an option to extend for an additional period of time to be negotiated by both parties. The estimated time required to conclude the requested services is currently unknown. The contractor must perform all work offsite at the contractor's own office location. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services.
