Vulnerability Assessment Service

The Town of Concord, Massachusetts, is seeking a vendor to conduct a comprehensive watershed climate vulnerability assessment. The agency needs to evaluate asset exposure, sensitivity, adaptive capacity, and consequences within the watershed to develop relative risk scores. This project aims to identify climate hazards, inventory watershed-wide infrastructure and assets, and establish a clear framework for the vulnerability assessment. The selected vendor will deliver a summary of the state-of-the-watershed assessment and findings, alongside defined watershed priorities and implementation pathways. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the performance of the work to take place either onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
