The selected firm will serve as the agency advocate and designated representative, functioning as an extension of the Capital Projects Management Division. The agency requires a partner to deliver a comprehensive range of hazardous materials evaluation and monitoring services that align with current regulatory requirements and agency project management processes. The scope of work covers environmental planning, permit processing, contract planning, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, mitigation monitoring programs, and due diligence assessments. The agency also requires legislative and policy analyses, expert witness testimony, air quality analysis, and geotechnical and land planning support services. Additionally, the selected firm must provide or coordinate the provision of graphic information and make presentations before the Executive Committee to facilitate issue resolution as required. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this procurement.
