Urban Forestry Improvements Service

The City of Snoqualmie, Washington is seeking a vendor to provide urban forestry improvements service within the city right-of-way. The agency needs to resolve issues caused by tree roots and landscape strip subgrade. The project covers the removal of tree roots and landscape strip subgrade, followed by restoration of the landscape strips with root barriers, topsoil, and drainage improvements. The scope of work also requires the restoration of street signage, sod, and irrigation systems. Performance of the work will occur offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 4, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 10, 2026.
