Low Income Housing Tax Credit Consultant Services

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community is seeking a consultant to provide low-income housing tax credit services in Salt River, Arizona. The agency needs to solve the challenge of developing, funding, and closing an affordable housing project using low-income housing tax credits. The selected partner must develop the affordable housing project concept and complete all necessary work to submit the application in Arizona. The scope of work covers soliciting and securing an equity investor once the state awards the credits. The agency requires the consultant to close the transaction with the selected investor and facilitate the disbursement of capital throughout the construction and completion phases. This facilitation includes managing the issuance of IRS Form 8609s. Bidders must perform all work offsite at their own office premises. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
