Cost Share Program Service

The City of Davenport, Iowa is seeking a vendor to provide alley cost share program services. The agency needs to improve Alley 1 through the milling of two inches of existing asphalt pavement and the placement of two inches of new asphalt surface material. The project also requires full depth patching, geo fabric and grid materials, and the replacement of adjacent driveway approaches. The scope of work covers the reconstruction of sidewalks at intersections, including ADA ramp construction. The selected contractor must also handle topsoil and sodding, as well as erosion control. All performance of the work will take place offsite at the designated project location. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the project no later than June 10, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and allows digital submission via email or online.
