HVAC Improvements Service

The government authority located in Blawnox, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide HVAC improvements service, site improvements, and a comprehensive renovation of an existing multi-story residential building. The agency needs to address multiple structural, exterior, and interior issues to modernize the facility and resolve water intrusion. The scope of work requires a boundary survey, reconstruction of the rear retaining wall with storm drainage, geotechnical evaluation, structural design, replacement of select concrete surfaces, repairs to the asphalt parking lot, and installation of a new dumpster pad with bollards and fencing. Exterior building requirements include modernizing the main entrance, replacing the existing EIFS system, cleaning and sealing brick masonry, replacing exterior sealants, repairing and recoating balconies and handrails, repairing brick lintels, and installing new exterior entrance doors. For the interior, the agency requires the renovation of unit kitchens and bathrooms, electrical upgrades, new doors, new interior finishes, and the creation of seven accessible units by combining existing apartments. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the Blawnox facility. Only onshore organizations from the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is looking for budget proposals from interested bidders to determine the cost of the project. A pre-bid meeting will take place on June 25, 2026, and the agency requires all questions to be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
