Female Community Support Services

The Philadelphia-based government authority is seeking a vendor to design and operate a community-based support program for juvenile justice-involved adolescent females. The agency is trying to solve the challenges of recidivism, behavioral health issues, and developmental barriers among this specific population. The program must deliver trauma-informed, gender-responsive, and strengths-based services to promote positive youth development. The scope of work covers individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices, case management, and individualized service planning. The selected provider must deliver life skills development, academic monitoring, violence prevention education, and guidance on personal wellness and self-presentation. The authority also requires career readiness and workforce exposure across a variety of professions, culturally relevant and restorative group activities, resource linkage, and transportation assistance. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the authority is looking for budget proposals within the submissions. The contract period will run for one year.
