Facility Master Plan Services

The Espanola Public School District in Espanola, New Mexico, requires a comprehensive five-year facilities master plan for calendar years 2027 through 2031. The district is seeking a qualified consultant or consulting team with demonstrated experience in educational facility planning, capital improvement planning, infrastructure assessments, and long-range strategic planning for public school districts. This master plan will serve as a strategic planning document to assist the district in evaluating current facility conditions, identifying short-term and long-term capital improvement needs, prioritizing deferred maintenance projects, improving operational efficiency, supporting educational programming needs, and planning for future facility modernization and growth. The scope of work covers facility assessments across educational facilities, administrative buildings, maintenance and transportation facilities, athletic facilities, portable buildings, and site infrastructure and utilities. The selected partner must also perform data collection and analysis, conduct stakeholder engagement, and develop capital improvement planning. The performance of this work will take place offsite over a contract period of one year. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The district has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from bidders. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than June 20, 2026.
