Sharps Management Services

The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive sharps management services over a five-year contract term. The required scope of work covers the collection of sharps waste in reusable containers, storage prior to transport, and transport of the containers to a processing facility. Additionally, the selected provider must process the containers for reuse, treat the waste, and perform the final disposal of the treated sharps waste. Performance of all requested work must occur offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for June 24, 2026.
