Citywide Banner Program Services

The City of Hollywood, Florida is seeking professional services to support its citywide outdoor banner program. The agency needs to address the management, design, and physical production of its outdoor promotional displays. To solve this, the selected contractor must conduct a comprehensive inventory and assessment of the city's existing street poles, currently deployed banners, and stored banner inventory. The scope of work also requires the capability to properly design, print, and manufacture high-quality banners ready for installation. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performing contractor will conduct the work offsite from their own facilities. Interested parties must submit their proposals digitally, either through email or the designated online portal. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for these services. The resulting contract will cover a performance period of three years.
