Facilities Master Plan Services

The Front Range Community College in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive facilities master plan services. The agency needs to analyze the spatial relationships and architectural compatibility of existing and future planned structures. This planning process must ensure the final plan is cohesive, though not conforming, with the newly developed facilities master plan of the Boulder County campus. The selected vendor must address program projections, functional relationships, land area requirements, exterior architectural compatibility, sustainability, traffic and circulation, and utility infrastructure availability. Additionally, the agency requires findings and recommendations, project budget assistance, and conceptual architectural graphics. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested bidders. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for June 23, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 30, 2026.
