Climate Action Plan Development Service

The agency also requires the development of a draft vision and goals statement to guide the overall planning effort. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor must perform the work onsite in Pittsboro, North Carolina. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal.
