Guidance and Technical Assistance Consulting Services

The government authority located in West Chester, Pennsylvania is seeking a consultant to provide guidance and technical assistance consulting services. The agency needs to address organizational development and compliance across several key operational areas. The selected consultant will support the agency with governance and board development, the review and refinement of bylaws and policies, and alignment with IRS compliance and nonprofit best practices.
