The Small Business Administration is seeking a vendor to provide Federal and State Technology Partnership Program services in Washington, DC. This initiative aims to reach all eligible small businesses and support entrepreneurs and startups through custom programs that improve proposal development and team creation. The selected vendor must provide technical and business assistance, financial support, and stakeholder engagement services over a two-year contract period. Financial support duties include making grants or loans to applicants to pay for proposal development, conference attendance, and bridging gaps between funding phases. Stakeholder engagement duties require the vendor to increase the applicant pipeline through targeted trainings and build the capacity of partner organizations that support applicants and awardees. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency allows the vendor to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal, and the agency is currently open to budget proposals within the submission.
