Bond Program Management Services

The Richardson Independent School District in Richardson, Texas, is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive bond program management services for its recently approved $1.4 billion bond program. The agency needs to address critical infrastructure demands, facility modernization, and student population growth through a series of capital improvement projects. The selected firm will help the agency successfully execute this large-scale program by providing professional oversight, administrative support, and construction management. The scope of work covers program management and construction administration services for new construction, additions, renovations, safety and security enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, and athletic and fine arts improvements. Additional assignments may encompass deferred maintenance programs, transportation facilities, technology infrastructure, support facilities, land development, facility assessments, demographic planning, and master planning. The agency anticipates initially engaging the selected firm to manage specific identified projects within these categories. Eligible bidders must have proven project delivery excellence specifically in K-12 bond program delivery.
