Owner Representation Services

The Seminole County government authority located in Sanford, Florida, is seeking owner representation services for a new indoor sports complex. The agency needs to solve the challenge of planning, designing, and constructing a high-quality, durable, and code-compliant regional facility that balances immediate community athletic needs with long-term operational efficiency. This multi-use facility must support athletic tournaments, community programming, large-scale gatherings, and simultaneous event operations while minimizing long-term maintenance costs. The scope of work covers project facilitation, stakeholder coordination, meeting management, schedule monitoring, and budget tracking. The selected representative will also perform document reviews, identify project risks, coordinate procurement and delivery, and review design milestone submissions. These services span the entire project lifecycle, including the planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the contract work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently requesting proposal pricing to establish the budget. The agency will host a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 8, 2026, to discuss the project requirements. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the solicitation no later than June 22, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted qualifications and pricing structures to select the most suitable owner representative.
