Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Service

The government authority in Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) services in support of its institutional security program. The agency needs to secure large-capacity public assembly venues, executive meeting spaces at off-site locations, and temporary operational facilities used in connection with Athletics programs. The selected provider must have the capability to deliver the full scope of technical requirements or designated components of the technical capabilities. The agency requires the provider to work effectively in an integrated, multi-vendor environment to ensure the complete security scope is achieved for each engagement. Eligible organizations must be based onshore within the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online system, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
