Intensive Supervision Youth Competency Program Services

The Milwaukee County juvenile court system in Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide an intensive supervision youth competency program. This program addresses the needs of youth adjudicated by juvenile court whose behavior puts them at risk for an out-of-home placement. The agency is trying to help these youth successfully complete their supervision, commit no new delinquent acts, and improve their decision-making skills. The scope of work requires using the concepts of positive youth development to deliver these intensive supervision services. The selected vendor must also assist parents in establishing clear, consistent rules and age-appropriate expectations for the youth. The agency is contracting these services for a one-year period, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding the procurement no later than June 16, 2026.
