Administer a Community Aging in Place Program Service

The Maine State Housing Authority in Augusta, Maine is seeking a vendor to administer a community aging in place program service. The agency is trying to solve the problem of low-income older adult homeowners facing safety risks and functional barriers in their homes. The program aims to enable these older adults to remain in their homes through low-cost, low-barrier, high-impact home modifications that reduce the risk of falling. The scope of work requires partner agencies to conduct client intake and assessments, schedule the work for eligible units, and perform final assessments and inspections. Specific project phases cover the client initial interview, in-home assessment, home modification work, client check-in, and the final assessment. The selected partner must manage the designated geographic area to be served, provide key personnel, and track client information and unit production alongside current 2026 community aging in place contract holders. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. Performance of the work will take place offsite.
