Board Governance Consultant Services

The Missouri-based government authority in Jefferson is seeking a board governance consultant to provide specialized services to its Board of Trustees and staff. The agency needs to address ongoing governance, evaluation, and onboarding requirements to ensure effective leadership and compliance. This initiative aims to establish structured processes for policy reviews, performance evaluations, and trustee orientation. The scope of work covers a board governance charter and policy review and update during the first year of engagement, with subsequent reviews occurring every three years.
