Opioid Overdose Crisis Services

The Minnesota government authority is seeking a vendor to provide opioid overdose crisis services. The agency is attempting to address the opioid overdose crisis in communities and populations that have been historically underserved and disproportionately impacted by opioid-related overdose deaths. The scope of work covers community-based engagement, culturally responsive strategies, and overdose prevention and community response. The project also requires intergenerational and family-focused approaches, alongside improving access to services and supports. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. A pre-bid meeting will take place on June 15, 2026.
