Re-Housing Assistance Services

The Minnesota government authority is seeking a vendor to provide re-housing assistance services to individuals currently experiencing homelessness. The agency is trying to solve the problem of homelessness by funding financial assistance and support services that enable individuals to secure and maintain permanent housing. The scope of work covers financial assistance for rental application fees, security deposits, last month's rent, utility deposits, utility payments, and moving costs. The project also includes funding for rental arrears, but only when those arrears directly prevent a person experiencing homelessness from obtaining permanent housing. The requested services encompass housing search and placement, housing stability case management, legal services, and credit repair. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and the agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 12, 2026. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 23, 2026, to discuss the project requirements.
