Domestic Violence Intervention Programming Services

The Kent County government authority in Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide domestic violence intervention programming services. This programming will serve sentenced felony offenders and individuals with delayed or deferred felony dispositions. The agency aims to reduce the risk of future domestic violence, increase participant accountability, improve interpersonal skills, and support successful community supervision outcomes. The requested scope of work requires a curriculum that addresses the underlying beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, and relationship dynamics associated with domestic violence and abusive conduct. The program must incorporate strategies promoting personal accountability, emotional regulation, healthy communication, conflict resolution, and nonviolent relationship skills. Additionally, the curriculum must help participants recognize patterns of coercive, controlling, or aggressive behavior, develop alternative prosocial responses, and accommodate literacy limitations, cognitive barriers, or other responsivity needs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. The agency accepts digital proposal submissions via email or online, and bidders must submit their pricing proposals as the agency has not disclosed a specific budget.
