Capital Project Planning Services

The government authority located in Spokane, Washington is seeking capital project planning services to assess its facilities and establish a structured capital improvement plan. The agency is trying to solve the problem of identifying facility deficiencies, analyzing asset lifespans, and aligning these technical needs with available funding and leadership priorities.
