Density Bonus Study Service

The City of College Station, Texas, is seeking a consultant to evaluate, design, and calibrate a voluntary density bonus program. The agency needs to address the feasibility and usability of the proposed program through targeted market and development feasibility analyses. To ensure a successful design, the consultant must develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy that actively involves City staff, elected and appointed officials, residents, and members of the local development community. The scope of work covers market and development feasibility analysis, calibration of the bonus value, incentive menu development, and financial impact analysis. The agency requires all performance of the work to be completed offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
