Job Search Support (JSS) Services

The WorkSafeBC authority in Richmond, British Columbia is seeking a vendor to provide job search support services for injured workers. The agency needs to assist these workers through individual job placement, resume and cover letter preparation, job search skills training, and customized rehabilitation plans. The goal of the job search skills component is to provide injured workers with a comprehensive set of learning modules that fully prepare them for an independent job search. The selected vendor must deliver tailored, professional support to help workers develop high-quality resumes and cover letters. The scope of work also requires the creation and implementation of customized rehabilitation plans to facilitate successful employment outcomes. The agency allows the performance of these services to take place either onsite in Richmond or offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years for these services. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in Canada. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost of the contract.
