Bond Program Owner Representative Services

The District of Columbia Housing Authority is seeking bond program owner representative services to provide project management oversight for various development and renovation projects. The agency requires an individual with a proven track record of managing complex, multicomponent construction projects and working with public agencies. This representative will manage the design, construction, and delivery of certificates of occupancy for each designated property. The scope of work includes overseeing contract negotiations with fee developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
