Disaster Logistics Support Services

The government authority in Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive disaster logistics support services under a one-year contract. The agency needs to solve the critical challenge of managing emergency logistics coordination, resource procurement, accountability, warehousing, and inventory management during disasters. The selected provider must develop a comprehensive plan to deliver resources, logistical support, transportation, and equipment or materials transfer and storage. The scope of work covers point of distribution operations, donations management, photo and video documentation, and project management and reporting. The agency requires the rapid deployment of emergency materials, supplies, and necessary material handling equipment such as forklifts. Additionally, the project demands preposition contracting and the establishment, management, and support of turn-key base camps within twenty-four hours of activation. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of the work to be offsite. While the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, all clarifying questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
