Multiple Service Agreements for Environmental Services

The Los Angeles World Airports authority is seeking multiple service agreements to secure comprehensive environmental, sustainability, and planning services across its facilities, including Los Angeles International Airport, Van Nuys Airport, and Palmdale landholdings. The agency needs to solve complex environmental management challenges, optimize resource use, and strengthen operational resiliency. To achieve these goals, the agency requires specialized support to conduct environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, remediation, hazardous materials surveys, and contaminated soil management plans. The requested scope of work covers energy audits, evaluations of energy-saving technologies, support for renewable energy projects, and utility rate analyses. The selected providers must also prepare sustainability reports, conduct waste characterizations, manage mitigation and compliance reporting, and develop sustainability databases and dashboards. Additionally, the agency requires environmental data collection, technical airport planning support, public outreach assistance, and land use and entitlement planning services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to occur either onsite or offsite. While the agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost, the contract period will span three years. The agency has scheduled a pre-proposal meeting for June 23, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 01, 2026.
