The Contra Costa County government authority in Martinez, California, is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial equipment parts and repair services. The agency intends to issue purchase orders on an as-needed basis to maintain facility cleanliness, infection control, and operational efficiency. The selected contractor must maintain sufficient qualified, trained, and supervised personnel to respond to service requests, including providing twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week emergency response capability.
