Feasibility Study Services

A government authority in North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide feasibility study services. The agency needs to solve planning and development challenges through a structured collaborative process. The project covers charrette coordination, base map production, and the execution of a three-day charrette workshop. The selected vendor must select and confirm the week of the charrette and review the day-by-day charrette schedule. Following the workshop, the agency requires a draft study of thirty to thirty-five pages focusing on recommendations and implementation. The final phase requires the vendor to make final study revisions and provide the geographic information system data produced during the planning process. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to take place offsite.
