Utility Coordination Services

The City of Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide utility coordination services. The agency needs to identify existing and potential utility conflicts during the planning and design phases of its projects. To support project schedules and construction timelines, the selected provider will facilitate and track utility relocations. The scope of work requires the vendor to review construction, improvement, and development plans for utility impacts and conflicts. The provider will act as the primary liaison between the City, utility providers, consultants, and contractors. Additionally, the agency requires the vendor to schedule, lead, and document utility coordination meetings, as well as assist with right-of-way coordination, including permits, easements, and access requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. The City has not disclosed a specific budget and is requesting pricing proposals from interested bidders.
