Affordable Public Charging Pilot Project Coordinator Services

The Colorado government authority is seeking a coordinator to design and administer an affordable public charging pilot project. The agency is trying to solve the challenge of providing affordable public electric vehicle charging for income-qualified drivers who live in multi-family housing and lack access to home charging. The selected coordinator will first develop a plan to conduct targeted outreach to potential participants regarding the design of the pilot program. Following community outreach, the coordinator will design the pilot program for discounted public charging. The scope of work includes administering the program by distributing monetary incentives to reduce vehicle charging costs, monitoring incentive usage, and collecting and reporting usage data. The coordinator must also provide support to participants throughout the pilot program, which will last no longer than six months. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities located within the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The contract period for these services will span one year. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 01, 2026.
