The Ohio-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive technical and laboratory services. The agency requires a partner to receive, track, process, and prepare samples for analysis, as well as manage archival storage upon completion. The selected provider must maintain appropriate staff sizes and technical expertise to handle varying analytical and sample load requirements dictated by individual Task Orders. The scope of work includes developing, modifying, and implementing analytical methods and standard operating procedures to meet specific data quality requirements. The agency requires the vendor to conduct analyses within designated holding times and implement strict quality assurance and quality control practices. To ensure ongoing compliance, the provider must participate in external performance evaluation programs and document analytical performance in annual data quality summary reports. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite at the vendor's facility. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit.
