Homeownership Development Initiative Services

The Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers, New York is seeking a partner to provide homeownership development initiative services. The authority is trying to solve the shortage of affordable housing by creating homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents within the city. The selected partner must develop an economically viable homeownership development plan that results in the construction of quality housing for the residents of the authority and the city. The scope of work requires the partner to design, develop, finance, and manage a financially viable homeownership initiative. The authority is establishing a contract period of five years for these services. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this procurement. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the initiative no later than June 11, 2026. The authority accepts digital submissions of proposals via email or online, and bidders must submit their own budget proposals as the authority is looking for pricing proposals.
